Homeowner Assistance Fund: Helps pay the housing costs of income-eligible
New Mexico households who are experiencing financial hardship associated with the COVID-19
health crisis. Recipients will receive assistance up to $10,000 per household for mortgage and
real estate contract payments. Some mobile/manufactured home lot rental payments may also be
covered. MFA will make payments directly to servicers, escrow companies or providers.
