The Child and Adolescent Acute Treatment Program is designed for youth ages 7–17 who need crisis stabilization and short-term treatment for emotional, behavioral, psychological and substance abuse problems. The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is an outpatient behavioral health program that treats adolescents with psychiatric illnesses, behavioral issues, and chemical dependency. Additionally, Mesilla Valley Hospital offers inpatient psychiatric and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adults. Adult Acute Psychiatric Treatment Program is designed for adults who require crisis stabilization and short-term care for emotional, behavioral, psychological and substance abuse problems. The Substance Abuse Treatment Program  is a short-term inpatient program for adults struggling with alcohol and drug addiction in addition to a co-occurring psychological issue.
